The cafe's ethos is to bring homemade and seasonal food to the wider community. A strong team of chefs brings flavors and layers of flavors inspired by local Welsh produce with a 'pinch' of inspiration from all our adventures to create a colorful and delicious menu. A full counter of homemade cakes and a selection of GF and vegan options daily. With a full license the cafe serves the best of local coffee during the day and a full bar at night for all occasions and celebrations - or a Mimosa to go with our daily brunch. Our main objective at Caffi BRAF is seasonal, homemade and local food. Plenty of amazing local suppliers from around the world contribute to our menu AT Dinas Dinlle. Poblado, Nantlle. Quality coffee roasted in the old barracks in Nantlle. We USE the Espresso BLEND here daily, combining the best of THEIR coffee from Latin America with sweet beans from East Africa. The result is a unique, full-bodied and versatile coffee that works as a single 'shot', or combines beautifully with milk. It is possible to buy a bag to take home containing some of his special and fairest 'blends'. Local organic vegetables from Henbant, Clynnog Fawr weekly from May-December. HENBANT use Paranourishing methods, Holistic Management, and old traditional METHODS too, to actively maintain a reproductive farm. Their overall aim is to produce soil and food and bring the community together. Desach Eggs, Aberdesach. THE Local golden eggs wEAVE throughout the menu, from our brunch to our countless cakes. A family farm that has been a great help to us AT BRAF. Fungi Foods, Waunfawr. Local mushrooms grown in the armpit of the mountains in Waunfawr. A wide selection of different mushrooms that are sustainable, versatile and beyond delicious. The star of the show in our Stac Rosti meal and occasional 'Specials'.

THE perfect way to start the day. Homemade bread baked daily and everything made on site, from the roSTI to the home made beans. The menu changes to reflect the season's produce and weather.

Our own recipe of light and delicious pancakes. Comes in a stack OF THREE. Perfect! Ask at the counter for gluten-free or Vegan batter. Available every weekend AND throughOUT the school HOLIDAYS. Yum!
